In Hakodate City, where the venue is, the traffic conditions and other infrastructure are operating almost as usual, so the concert will be held as scheduled.
(In consideration of the power supply situation, a private generator is used at the venue.)
In addition, those who are unable to come due to the disaster or who have unavoidable circumstances will be treated as canceled.
