- ・The event will be held rain or shine, but in the case of stormy weather such as a typhoon, it may be canceled depending on the situation. If the event is canceled during the event, no refunds will be given.
- ・The show is scheduled to end at 20:00, but please note that this may change depending on the progress.
About tickets
- ・Each admission ticket is valid for only one person.
- ・A 2-day ticket is a ticket type that allows one person to visit both days, and separate people cannot visit on the 2st and 1nd day.
- ・There will be no refunds due to changes or cancellations of performers or performance dates.
- ・Pets are not allowed to enter. (Excluding guide dogs and assistance dogs)
- ・Resale of tickets for commercial purposes, listing at auctions, etc. is strictly prohibited. If a ticket or the right to purchase a ticket is resold or auctioned, the ticket will be invalidated. We are not responsible for any problems with tickets purchased through resale.
- ・There is a fee for elementary school students and older, and preschoolers can watch on their parents' laps. If a pre-school child requires a seat, please purchase a separate ticket for the accompanying parent or guardian.
Regarding entry and exit
- ・Before entering the live performance area, you will need to exchange your ticket for a wristband. Wristband exchanges will be available at the "Wristband Exchange" in Exhibition Hall E from 9:00 on both days.
- ・The wristband will be worn by a staff member when exchanging the wristband. Therefore, please be sure to come in person to receive the wristband.
- ・Those with a 2-day pass should receive a wristband for both days on the first day (Saturday, July 1th). The wristband you receive is valid for both days, so you do not need to visit the wristband exchange booth on the second day. Simply proceed to the museum/entrance and present your wristband.
- ・After exchanging your wristband, you will be able to enter and exit Exhibition Halls E and F and the Live Performance Area.
- ・If you remove your wristband, cut or tear it, or lose it, you will be required to leave the venue or purchase a new ticket. However, please note that if tickets are sold out, you will not be able to purchase them again. Due to the structure of the wristband, once removed, it cannot be put back on.
- ・The wristband for both days given to those with a two-day pass is also required for the second day, and must be worn for two full days from the time it is exchanged on the first day until the end of the event on the second day. Please do not remove it even after the performance on the first day has ended. Please note that it will become invalid if removed.
- ・Transferring or reselling the wristband to another person is strictly prohibited.
- ・Bringing dangerous items into the venue is prohibited. Prohibited items will be confiscated during baggage check upon entry. Please check the list of prohibited items before coming to the venue.
- ・After the event, in order to reduce congestion and ensure safety, we will be regulating the exit of the venue. Please wait in your seat until you are guided out. Please note that there will be a time difference in the guidance for exiting depending on the location of your seat. Please check your transportation back home in advance before coming to the venue.

About the venue
- ・The organizer, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents or theft that occur inside or outside the venue. Please manage your baggage at your own risk.
- ・Those who do not follow the instructions of staff inside or outside the venue, or who cause trouble to other customers, may be forced to leave or be denied entry. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded.
- ・Please note that videos and photos of the venue, including the audience seats, may be made public.
- ・Please be careful not to get drunk due to excessive drinking. If you are intoxicated, we may refuse the sale of alcohol or be forced to leave the venue.
- - When smoking, please be sure to use the designated smoking areas.
- ・Sales and commercial activities are prohibited within the venue without the permission of the organizer.
- ・Please prepare rain gear and cold weather gear in case the weather changes.
- (Umbrellas are prohibited inside the venue. Please wear a raincoat in case of rain.)
- ・This will be an outdoor performance with all reserved seats. Please be aware that the metal parts of the chairs and the seating surface are expected to become very hot.
- ・Use of various photographic auxiliary equipment (tripods, selfie sticks, etc.) is prohibited.
- ・Strollers are allowed, but please make sure to fold them up before bringing them into the live performance area to avoid causing inconvenience to other visitors. In addition, a stroller parking area (free of charge) will be set up in Exhibition Hall E. However, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged strollers, so please use them at your own risk.
- ・We can provide wheelchair access and viewing sukimas for people with guide dogs or assistance dogs to those with disabilities who wish to attend. In order to secure viewing sukimas, please contact the following number at least two weeks before the performance after purchasing your ticket.

<Prohibited items inside the venue>
- The following acts are prohibited inside the venue.

The organizers will not be involved in any troubles caused by such actions. Please resolve the issues between the customers. - ・Installation of items that take up a lot of sukima or that obstruct the view of other visitors

- ・Bringing in, operating, flying, and photographing unmanned aircraft such as "drones" in and around the venue

About heat stroke measures
- ・The live area is paved with asphalt, so it is expected to be extremely hot. Only non-alcoholic drinks (water bottles and plastic bottles only) may be brought into the live area, and they will also be sold inside the venue. Please be sure to drink plenty of water and take care of yourself. In addition, please be sure to bring plenty of sunscreen, hats, cooling bags, portable fans, towels, etc. to prevent heatstroke.
- ・Bringing or using umbrellas (sun umbrellas or rain umbrellas) into the live area is prohibited. This will be a long outdoor event, so please do not push yourself and take frequent breaks in the rest area (tent sukima behind the live area in Exhibition Hall F).
- ・We recommend wearing comfortable sneakers that you are comfortable wearing. Please refrain from wearing shoes with heels, sandals, beach sandals, etc. as they may cause injury to yourself and be a nuisance to other guests.
About the first aid room (first aid)
- There are first aid rooms in the Live Area and Exhibition Hall F. Please use them if you are feeling unwell, if you experience a sudden change in your physical condition, or if you are injured. Please note that first aid staff will be patrolling the Live Area, so please do not hesitate to ask for help if you are feeling unwell.
About the rest area

- Rest areas will be set up behind the live performance area and in Exhibition Hall F. Please feel free to use these areas for resting or eating. Please note that sukima is limited, so please be considerate of others when using these areas.

About the kids area

About food and drink
- Bringing in alcoholic beverages is prohibited. Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks are sold at the drink and food booths in the venue, so please use those.
About cloakroom
- A paid cloakroom (temporary luggage storage) will be set up in Exhibition Hall E. A "cloakroom ticket" is required to use the cloakroom.
Advance sales of cloakroom tickets have ended. - We will also accept same-day luggage, but as there is a limit to the number of items we can store, we will close the acceptance once the set number is reached.
