<About picking up your luggage>

• ・Please be sure to pick up your checked baggage within the reception hours on the day of your check-in. For administrative reasons, we cannot keep your baggage overnight.2Those who will be visiting for days1Please be sure to collect it every day.
• - Any luggage that is not collected during the reception hours on the day of the event will be left as "lost property" at the venue or the nearest police station.
• ・Please keep the "exchange ticket" that you are given when we accept your luggage in a safe place so that you do not lose it. If you lose your luggage, as a general rule, we will only be able to respond after all luggage has been returned, and you will have to wait a long time. Also, we will not be able to return the ticket if we are unable to confirm that it is yours. Please be aware of this in advance and handle the "exchange ticket" with care.

• - Cloakroom tickets cannot be cancelled or changed after purchase.
• ・Those who do not have a performance ticket cannot use the cloakroom.
• ・Cloakroom tickets are on a date-specific basis, so please purchase a ticket for the performance date you will be attending. If you are attending on both days and would like to use the cloakroom on both days, you will need tickets for both dates.
• ・You are free to take out and put away your items during reception hours, but it may take some time to deposit and return your items when it is crowded. It is expected to be particularly busy after the show, so please allow yourself plenty of time to return your items.
• ・We will take good care of your luggage, but we cannot be held responsible in the unlikely event that it is lost, damaged or soiled, so please be aware of this before using the service.
