Recently, the EP "Whale Song EP" containing 5 songs, including new songs newly written for the local sake brewing company "Suigei Shuzo" ​​in Kochi prefecture, and songs on the theme of Kochi and hometown has been completed.
 
The title song "Whale Song" is "Enjoy SAKE Life", a movie commemorating the 50th anniversary of Suigei Shuzo Co., Ltd., a sake brewing company in Kochi Prefecture. This is a new song written for "Suigei Shuzo on the world's dining table", and it is a large-scale song with the image of a whale swimming leisurely in the Kuroshio Sea of ​​Kochi.
Based in Kochi prefecture, Suigei Shuzo's vision is to "make Suigei Shuzo on the world's dining table!" This collaboration was realized because the thoughts of Yu Sakai to be transmitted were in agreement.
 
In addition, this work "Whale Song EP" includes "Hometown", which is the first song from the indie era, and "Tousan no Kiteki" (2018 NHK Minna no Uta), which has the theme of his father who was a bonito fisherman. In 2019, "Go Jonney, man" and "Lalalai" (2nd AL "How's it going" were written for the "John Manjiro" held at the museum of the great man John Manjiro (Nakahama Manjiro) born by Tosashimizu. "?" Included in "Lalalai ~ Igosso ver. ~" (Igosso ...
