Customers attending the rescheduled performance can continue to use their existing tickets, so please keep them safe. Customers who have not yet purchased tickets must do so. Please note that although the tickets you have purchased will be printed with the date of the previous performance, the serial number will remain valid for the rescheduled performance.

Ticket prices and various fees will be refunded in cash.
When requesting a refund, you will need the ticket for the performance in question and any handling fees, so please be sure to bring them with you.
Customers who have picked up their tickets in-store can get a refund at any convenience store that they picked up their tickets at. If you have not yet picked up your tickets, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please issue your tickets and then apply for a refund again.
Refund procedures can be completed at Loppi inside Lawson or Ministop stores.
