"End of summer hibernation (hope)"
Good work everyone. The Summer Triangle is over. (Late)
About a month after the Tokyo performance, we had a performance in Iwate and Osaka, and it really brought home to me how different the atmosphere can be depending on the location and the people.
It seemed like not only locals but people from all over came to the Iwate concert. Seeing everyone's travelogues flowed in, I felt like I had done a lot of sightseeing too.
I don't usually take that many photos, so whenever I open my camera roll, the photos from Iwate are still at the bottom. Maybe that's why I can't quite shake off the feeling, and it feels like a huge topic for the summer of 2025.
(It's been a while, so I've moved it up. 9/11)
A stage with an incredible echo, a pipe organ illuminated by light that looked like an underwater glow, and ice cream taken while walking.
It feels like he's leaning his chin on his hand and absentmindedly tracing the grooves in his desk with a mechanical pencil, like during class.
That's nice, it's all connected properly, it's the Summer Triangle.
That's right, actually, I quietly arrived in Kyoto before the Osaka performance.
It had been quite a while since I last went to Kyoto on my day off, so I went around to coffee shops, bookstores, and jazz bars that I had been interested in.
As I was walking, I passed a businessman with his arms outstretched, shouting to the sky, "I want to have fun this week!" He looked sober, so that made me even more touched.
Ah, I thought it was nice to see people looking up at the sky.
The stars in Kyoto are just a little more beautiful than where I live, and while gazing at them, I realized that I'd been searching for the Summer Triangle more than usual this summer.
Oh, that's right, my planetarium annual pass expires on September 9th, so I need to go renew it soon.
Just like that, August came to an end and September arrived in the blink of an eye.
As soon as September began, I felt great.
When I talk about this, people often say, "Oh, it's still hot, it's definitely summer," or "It's not autumn yet," but it's not the temperature or anything, I think it's more like I'm protected by the atmosphere that comes with the word "September."
Summer hibernation is over.
From here on, it's my season, leave it to me.
Recently I've read Hiromi Kawakami's "Night in the Park," Haruki Murakami's "South of the Border, West of the Sun," and Hiromu Horikawa's "The Tone-Deaf World."
(PS: I've been into manga lately, so I've been reading "Roadside Fuji" and "Afternoon Rays." I also enjoyed Bungei Brutus 2025 Summer.)
Recently, I wanted to watch a title that was only available on U-NEXT, so I signed up and enjoyed the free trial period, but it's amazing that you can not only watch videos but also read manga and magazines.
What I mean is, there's an item called "Kids' Unlimited Reading" where you can read picture books and historical materials. What should I do, but it's expensive, what should I do? (Aside)
see you.
