"Ancient iPhone"
Good job everyone this week.
I want to go see Yuji Sakamoto's "First Kiss," but isn't it always crowded? I've been looking into it so much that it seems like an algorithm has learned it, and too much information is being circulated on Instagram.
I know so much about it that I wonder if I've even seen it.
I wonder what algorithms are. I used to find SNS interesting as a miniature of society because it randomly lets you learn about things you don't know, but now it feels like the algorithm is only selecting things that interest you, and it's getting a bit boring.
Just like with humans, there's something interesting about not being able to customize things to your liking.
I want to maintain the distinction between the fun of being able to customize and the fun of not being able to customize.
After all, it's often impossible to customize things that go beyond your boundaries.
I think I said here last week that I want to cherish the friends I eat dinner with, and my best friend saw it and contacted me for the first time in a while, so we went to have dinner together.
I say I only want to spend money on cute things, and I've been supporting cute idols and characters all my life, but my favorite food has always been tuna, and my favorite drink is milk.
Oh, I see, that's right.
Ever since his impressionable student days, he's always said that tuna (and sometimes sushi) and milk are his favorite things, and I really love that about him.
In terms of favorite foods, I wouldn't even put her in the cute category. "Tuna" and "milk" are the limit, right?
I wonder if you understand this feeling, I'm not sure why, but there's a sense of trust that "that's how it is."
During my impressionable years, I was literally ``impressive,'' so I had a lot of trouble pronouncing proper nouns in particular.
For example, my favorite ice cream is actually Choco Monaka Jumbo, but I was too embarrassed to say the word "Jumbo" out loud.
I also felt a little embarrassed about eating "MOW" even though I love it, and I also ate "Farm Shibori" secretly.
If you really try to convey how delicious ice cream is, it makes you think of a cow.
I remember it was hard for me to say it, because I was worried that my words might send a cow walking through the other person's head.
I'm in the same category; I really struggled with English classes when I was in elementary and junior high school.
The teacher exaggerated the V in vanilla so that it sounded very vivid, with his lips appearing larger than usual and trembling slowly.
Oh, this reminded me of something I saw the other day when I watched Jan Švankmajer's Otešanek.
But now I'm starting to think that people who can speak English are really cool.
I finally signed up for Duolingo the other day.
So, if you slack off for a bit, Duo will send you a mentally unstable notification.
(Etc. It seems like reminders aren’t helping much. I’ll stop sending them anymore.)
Well, in that sense, I can make fun of it as if it were someone else's problem, and I can't imagine that who I am now is an extension of that.
Well, I guess I'd like to remember that sensitivity in case I ever meet someone who still feels that way. Then I might be able to be more considerate, subtly, in a subtle way.
Previously, someone didn't just say that the old iPhone I'd been using for a long time was old or tattered, but instead, searching for the right words, said, "It's amazing, it's ancient," and it was such a fond moment that I want to see it in my memory in a slideshow.
If you're wondering "What's so good about this?", you're right.
So, I guess you're all starting to feel like you know more about me now.
It looks like a blog, but it's not a diary, it's entertainment. It's all true and all lies.
That's right, the other day when I went back to my parents' house for the first time in a while, my grandmother proudly said, "OK Google, turn off the lights."
It would definitely be quicker to erase it by hand, but it's cute.
See you next time.
