Regal Lily Ba. Sea Room
"7:00 am"
Thank you everyone for your hard work this week.
Was it always this sunny every day in winter?
Recently, when I go out of the house, I see a cat looking at me from the window opposite the entrance, and it makes me happy.
Yesterday, a cat with a different pattern was looking at me. It seems there are two of them.
That's right, listen up about a very rare everyday revolution that's been happening recently in my life.
I usually charge my smartphone next to my pillow before I go to sleep, but one day I must have done something with it with my cheek, and at 7am, Nanao Tabito's Circus Night started playing at full volume.
Since that day, I've been getting up early for over two weeks now.
This may seem like a normal time for people who get up early every day for work or school, but for me, it's been a habit of getting up early since I was a student.
First of all, the morning is really long. (Beginner)
I wake up in the morning, eat breakfast, make coffee, start the washing machine, watch a movie, hang out the laundry, and it's still only 9 o'clock.
I'm so happy I keep looking at the clock.
On days when there's nothing to do, I fall asleep and wake up only at 11 o'clock.
After that, you will be able to get sleepy at night. (Basic)
I've been a night owl my entire life, so much so in fact that I've become a morning person, but now I'm in a much healthier phase.
That's right, I'd also like to talk about how I've suffered from insomnia for a long time and the various trial and error I've gone through to solve it.
Lately, I've been making the most of my mornings by reading books, watching movies, playing the bass, or taking an early morning picnic by myself in the park with a thermos and a book.
In the past, convenience stores were the only option for getting coffee when you were out, but I've found that bringing a thermos from home saves money and keeps the coffee warm, so I highly recommend it.
It may seem like they live a very careful life, but in reality, they're quite loose.
My rule is that if I wake up between 7am and 7am, I'm early, so 1:7am and 59:XNUMXam are both early wakeups.
A strong desire to still love myself even though I'm so soft.
It's all thanks to Nanao Tabito that I've been able to live this kind of life.
Thanks to the extended day, I was able to resume blogging, and I hope to thank Nanao Tabito someday.
By the way, recently,
I'm slowly reading "Rick Rubin's Creative Writing Techniques" and
I read a book called "Sabrina," which is a graphic novel, a foreign comic book genre, and I found it fresh and very interesting.
It's really dry right now, so make sure you sleep with plenty of moisture and humidifier.
