First, I tried only stoic foods that were alkaline. Fruits and vegetables. This is also important for quality. I think I was very lucky to go home often and eat vegetables from my mother's field. (Don't cut vegetables at convenience stores. Also use vegetable juice.

In the first place, it was intended for boarding an airplane.
Since it is quite large, it is not embarrassing because it covers most of the face even without makeup, and the double chin is hidden. Even if I open my mouth and sleep, it is not embarrassing and my throat does not dry.
Besides, after using it for a while, there are many more good points.
To prevent sunburn, and to prevent dry skin. (I applied it when I slept at home and when I tried to sleep, my skin when I woke up was nice.)
Unfortunately, it is not a non-woven fabric, so it cannot prevent the invasion of viruses, but it can prevent some dust. I use it as a mask cover on a non-woven mask. Double mask.
