●About the performance

・The event will proceed even in rain. In the event of a typhoon or other severe weather, the event may be canceled depending on the circumstances. If the event is canceled midway, no refunds will be given.

・The show is scheduled to end at 19:30, but please note that this may change depending on the progress.

●About tickets

・Each admission ticket is valid for only one person.

・There will be no refunds due to performer cancellation.

・Pets are not allowed to enter. (Excluding guide dogs and assistance dogs)

・Resale of tickets for commercial purposes, listing at auctions, etc. is strictly prohibited. If a ticket or the right to purchase a ticket is resold or auctioned, the ticket will be invalidated. We are not responsible for any problems with tickets purchased through resale.

・Elementary school students and above must pay a fee, and preschool children may sit on a guardian's lap. If a preschool child requires a seat, they must purchase a separate ticket from the accompanying guardian.

●About entering and leaving the venue

・Bringing dangerous items into the venue is prohibited. Prohibited items will be confiscated during baggage check upon entry.

●About the venue

・The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please manage your belongings at your own risk.

・Those who do not follow the instructions of staff inside or outside the venue, or those who behave in a manner that is a nuisance to other visitors, may be forced to leave or be refused entry. In that case, tickets will not be refunded.

・Please note that videos and photos of the venue, including the audience seats, may be made public.

・Please be careful not to get drunk due to excessive drinking. If you are intoxicated, we may refuse the sale of alcohol or be forced to leave the venue.

・If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking area. Smoking is prohibited inside Fuji-Q Highland except in smoking areas.

・Sales and commercial activities are prohibited within the venue without the permission of the organizer.

・Please prepare rain gear (coat) and cold weather gear in case the weather changes. (Umbrellas are prohibited inside the venue)

・Use of various photographic auxiliary equipment (tripods, selfie sticks, etc.) is prohibited.

・You may bring a stroller, but please be sure to fold it up when it is crowded or in the live area.

・For customers with physical disabilities, we can guide you to viewing sukimas for wheelchairs and those accompanied by guide dogs/assistance dogs. In order to secure viewing sukima, if you have purchased a ticket, please contact us at least two weeks before the performance.

●About food and drink

・Food and drink booths will be set up within the venue. As congestion is expected at certain times, please help us by avoiding peak times and spreading out your visits.

●About parking lot

・The parking lot of Conifer Forest is shared with Fuji-Q Highland (amusement park).
There is no dedicated parking lot for the concert.

・As many customers visit the amusement park on all concert days, the parking lot is expected to be crowded.

・If the parking lot is full, you may have to wait to enter, which may result in you not being able to make it in time for the concert start time. In that case, please note that concert tickets cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

・On the day of the concert, there will be direct buses and special trains from various directions, as well as concert-specific buses and special trains that will be scheduled to coincide with your return time, so we recommend that you come by public transportation. .

●About cloakroom

・There are no coin lockers or cloakrooms within the event venue. Please manage your own luggage.
