About tickets

・In addition to the ticket fee, room charges are required. Room charges vary depending on the store you use.

・Ticket (QR code) is required for viewing on the day. Please bring a smartphone/tablet terminal that can display Makoto Hakomai page. We do not support printouts or screenshots.

・Tickets will be drawn by lot. The probability of winning will be increased by selecting a store up to the third choice.

・If you purchase multiple tickets, you cannot apply for a combination of A and B tickets.

・One ticket is required for each person.

About store reservations

・The person who purchased the ticket will automatically book the corresponding store. You do not have to make a reservation for yourself.

About viewing

・If you watch the live stream from the middle, the content will be from that point. Also, rewinding and playback is not possible during live distribution.

・If the performance significantly exceeds the scheduled end time, the screening may end even during the performance.

・Video and audio may be disturbed due to a live broadcast event.

・In the store, recording/recording/shooting/delivery of any equipment such as cameras and mobile phones is prohibited. If such an act is performed, the recorded contents will be deleted and you will be required to leave the room.

・The screening may be canceled due to natural disasters, power outages, labor disputes, compulsory dispositions based on laws and regulations, and other reasons that our shop cannot reasonably manage.

・Service contents may change without notice.

・If the event is canceled or postponed, travel expenses cannot be compensated.
